Material Room
The material placement form is a tray structure, and the material room is separated from the heating room by an aluminum plate called a baffle. The equipment and drying room are completely isolated and operated separately, so the dried medicinal materials will not come into contact with sulfur dioxide gas, and there will be no fire.
Heating room
Install electric heating equipment and create a space for generating hot air. Install a supply fan at an appropriate location, which forces air circulation to minimize the temperature difference between the upper and lower parts of the dryer. The unique adjustable air distribution porous plate ensures even temperature distribution
Hot air conveying method
The circulating fan sends hot air into the hot air channel, and then enters the material room through the small holes on the tray rack. This left and right side air supply method makes the drying more uniform.
Heating equipment
Electric heating (heating source can be chosen by oneself), the machine has a reasonable structure, easy installation and maintenance, stable operation, simple use, long service life, low operating costs, and can choose a reasonable energy source according to the situation.
Ventilation and dehumidification equipment
The equipment is divided into three types: bottom ventilation, side ventilation, and top ventilation. It can be designed and manufactured according to different medicinal materials and guest room requirements, and is equipped with a powerful wind direction communication system to ensure sufficient airflow throughout the drying room. Controller operation instructions
1. Temperature display: The set temperature is within the automatic heating control range of the oven, generally set to 40-80 degrees. Low temperature heating stops at high temperatures, and the oven can be kept at a constant temperature.
2. Temperature and humidity: Set the humidity to the automatic moisture control range inside the oven, with intelligent self-control and fuzzy moisture control. The humidity control error inside the oven is 3%, and the humidity inside the oven can be automatically controlled. Ensure timely elimination of moisture.
3. Time step control: H, M, S are hours, minutes, and seconds respectively. Select the H (hour) mode for this device and set the required time. Time is up to the set time. Maintain constant temperature and humidity inside the box
4. Fan knob: It can be turned forward and backward automatically or manually. After being turned on, the fan runs. The temperature inside the oven is uniform and the drying effect is good.
